    Finding out which processor your laptop has

    » Windows 98/2000/ME

    • Right click on My Computer
    • Select Properties
    • Select General

    » Windows XP

    • Click on start menu
    • Right click on My Computer
    • Select properties
    • In System Properties you will see Processor

    » Windows Vista

    • Click on Windows logo in bottom left
    • Right click Computer and select properties
    • In System Properties you will see Processor

    Below are some examples to help gauge how we interpret condition.

    » Excellent

    • As new, no visible marks or scratches. No signs of user wear to plastics and/or keys.

    » Good

    • Only one or two minor marks or scratches visible. No signs of user wear or cracks to plastics and/or keys.

    » Average

    • Moderate amount of wear and tear eg. shiny touchpad and/or keys, signs of wear to palmrest etc.

    » Poor

    • Severe wear and/or damage eg. large amount of marks and scratches etc.

    Please note: If the laptop has cracked or damaged exterior plastics, please make sure that you tick Laptop Casing in the Faulty/Missing section of the form
